Burbank Temporary Aid Center provides clients a variety of programs and services including: Groceries from BTAC's Food Pantry. Daily sack lunches for the homeless. Assistance with utility bills. Transportation assistance.ID/License replacement program. Limited medical assistance. Limited emergency shelter, via a voucher program with cooperating businesses in the area. Shower facilities for the homeless. Laundry facilities for the homeless and other clients. Holiday Santa's Room gift program for needy children.

The Bailey Center is a free community outreach program of the Tujunga United Methodist Church, that has been providing services to the local community since 1981. Their Food Cupboard provides emergency food services for homeless and low income families/individuals. Their Clothes Closet offers free donated clothing for adults and children. They also provide medical equipment and blankets for those in need. All of their services are free of charge.
